Joanne and I went for a walk before John and I went to meet Steve Brooks, our Prudential realtor. He had several condos to show us, including a few in City Front Terrace, downtown San Diego, that has been one of John’s favorite buildings since it was built. They’re priced out of our reach, but it was fun to see. The ones we saw in Hillcrest did not impress us. We keep going back to Coral Tree, but decided to wait and see if our current condo sells before we launch into anything else.
We signed the listing papers, so now we wait. There are tenants to deal with, it’s the holidays, and the market is slowing down. Should have done this six months ago.
After spending the day with the realtor, we went to Escondido to spend the night at Annie and Peter’s. Annie made John his favorite meal, meatloaf. Good food and good company
