When I got up, John encouraged me to take another antihistamine. Mistake.
We worshipped at Lord of Life Lutheran in Garner. The pastor asked if we had been able to follow their directions to Old Time BBQ. After church I felt groggy, probably because of the antihistamines. We went home rather than doing more tourist stuff in Raleigh. I made shortbread and we had strawberry shortcake for lunch. Some of the best we’ve had. Then I took a nap.
John talked to Amtrak and made a reservation for train travel in December.
