600 miles west on I-40. 12 hours of driving, but we gained two hours through time changes. Weather is warm, sun is shining, traffic is light. John made some phone calls and we have an appointment with San Diego Trailer Supply on Monday to get the jacks fixed. We tried La Mesa RV, but Mark, John's friendly service writer, said he didn't have an opening until November 28th. There are so many people getting things repaired so they can live in their RVs or loan them to friends to live in after the devasting fires that they are swamped.
We pulled into Black Bart RV Park, went to dinner at Black Bart Steakhouse, and went to bed early.
