Beale Air Force Base

It’s hot again today and we set out to find Beale Air Force Base using our GPS. It took us through a gate on the east side, called the Grass Valley Gate, rather than through the front gate on the west because we asked for shortest route. We went through some nice country on the way with oak trees and grasslands. We looked at the FamCamp on base, stopped at the commissary and Burger King, then went out through the front gate and north through Marysville and back to Oregon House. We’re back on the road tomorrow.
