A Key West tourist tradition is watching the sunset from Mallory Square. It's a combination street fair and circus with street performers, artists, musicians, and lots of people. I found a hand-painted sweatshirt I would have bought, but the artist didn't have one in my size. She gave me her card with the phone number for her studio and told me to call her and come by and pick it up. We watched magicians, acrobats, fire-eaters, along with dogs and cats doing tricks. How do you train a cat to jump through a very small hoop? When the sun sets the music continues from the restaurants on the water, but the square slowly empties. It was an experience.
