It's only 150 miles from Winthrop, Maine to Henniker, New Hampshire and we took route 202 the entire distance. We were intrigued with Lewiston, Maine when we drove through. May have to do some exploration when we come back in August.
We're staying at Mile-Away Campground and it's 90 degrees this afternoon, the hottest weather we've had for awhile. The air conditioner is running. The last two campgrounds were wonderful, grassy, campsites. This one isn't quite as wonderful. But we have a sewer hook-up which we haven't had, and we're about 10 miles from the state capitol, our reason for being here. So it will be okay.

Sorry to say the sign is nicer than the campground. But the location is great.
