Protein Helps?

Manus and Jacque had meetings all day so I went to their house and did laundry for both of us and a bit of house cleaning. For dinner, we all went to a steak house and had wonderful hunks of beef. One of the best steaks I‘ve had for a long time. (One of the first steaks I’ve had for a long time.) We all needed protein, I guess.
